Refund & Return Policy

For over 120 years, our family has been committed to producing authentic herbal bathing masala and natural hair & body care products using traditional methods passed down through generations. Every product is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch.

As our products are herbal personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our herbal personal care products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and opened.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • Your order is incomplete or items are missing.
  • The product arrives in a leaking or unusable condition.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund will be considered only if:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).
  • You provide clear photographs or a video showing:
    • The damaged product
    • The shipping package
    • The shipping label
    • The invoice (if available)

Our customer support team may request additional information to process your claim.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened herbal bathing masala packs
  • Used personal care products
  • Products with broken safety seals due to customer handling
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders placed by mistake after shipment

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement
  • Store credit (if applicable)
  • A full refund

The resolution will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), our support team will contact you to obtain your bank account or UPI details for the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when:

  • An incorrect product was shipped.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The order could not be fulfilled due to our error.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Yusufi Masala is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Every Yusufi Masala product is carefully prepared using traditional herbal formulations inspired by more than a century of family heritage in Gulbarga, Karnataka. Each batch undergoes quality inspection before packing to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.
